Information for foreign customers

Payment should be made by bank transfer for all customers who can use European banktransfer SEPA - which is normally as cheap as an inland bank transfer for you. For customers from other countries we also accept Paypal. In this case please ask us for the conitions in advance by e-mail. Payment by credit card is not accepted.

We ship with DHL. We are using GoGreen the environmentally friendly shipping - 100% CO2-neutral.

Shipment costs depend on the country of delivery and weight of the parcel:

Higher shipment costs apply to the following European countries:

Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Republic of Moldova, Norway, Ukraine, Great Britain, Greenland, Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia - 23,10 €

Shipments outside Europe / Rest of the world - 35,00 €

If you're a customer from outside the EU and want to place an order please send us an e-mail. Our shop-system is not able to deal automatically with orders from outside the EU and the deducted VAT.

Please include your full address - no P.O.Boxes please - within this e-mail.

We will send you an offer including shipment costs by e-mail. If anything is ok for you please confirm this offer and make your payment.

After receipt of payment we will ship the products to you.
